REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your online reservation. We hope you are happy with your reserved vehicle. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your reservation for any reason, you may request for a full refund of your reservation. Please see below for more information on our refund policy.

REFUND

A refund must be postmarked within two (2) days of the reservation date.

REFUND PROCESS

To cancel a reservation, please email us at contact@mycarena.com.

REFUND

After receiving your email, we will process your refund. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your email to process your refund. The refund may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

   

You are not allowed to reserve multiple cars at once, to then request for a refund afterwards. If we notice this behaviour, your requested refund(s) will not be returned.
